LOVE those mountains!

This is the view of Barrier Lake in Kananaskis Country on Saturday Nov. 12, 2005. My friend Christopher and I hiked up the ridge, and were rewarded with this. Perfect sun, a bit windy in the open areas, but all in all, a great day for a hike.

I guess I haven't officially announced it in this forum yet, but at the end of November I will be leaving ATP. For the month of December I'll be back in Dubai, which I'm very excited about. The Dubai International Film Festival has asked me back to help with theatre operations, this year at the Madinat Theatre.

This means I'll be available to go back to Sundance Film Festival in January. Shane and myself are planning to drive down again. We just couldn't leave the Racquet Club Theatre to be run by americans. We built that theatre last year, and we have to go back to see it through again.

But what happens in February you may ask? I dunno. I'd like to find a fun gig. A well paying gig. An exciting gig in an exciting place. It would be fun to do some work in Toronto again for a bit. However, I do intend to stay in Calgary for the time being. I really like it here. I think I'd like to work the Stampede Grandstand Show again too.

I've been in Calgary for over a year now, can you believe it? We've already had the first Chinooks of 2005. Love that.
